Program Overview

• You'll earn $100 for each qualifying referral order - the more friends or neighbors you refer, the more you make!
• We will pay you 14-30 days after your referral completes their 1^st month of service
• You will be paid based upon order placed using your referral number or referral URL
• You will find your Referral reports in the "Account" section when you log into your account.
• Your Sales Reports are updated as soon as an order is placed!
• The referral program is only available for HughesNet orders placed online with Elite Satellite.

How does the Affiliate/Referral Program work?
When an order is placed using your referral number or referral URL link online, the order is instantly searchable with our “Referral Order Search” tool in the "Account" section.

Can I refer family members and friends?
Yes, you can refer anyone, excluding yourself. All orders to follow will receive a Referral Reward.

Can I sign up for your referral plan without placing an order?
Yes, but you will need to have one vested order before you can receive a Referral Reward. You will receive a referral reward for all orders to follow.

How do I refer someone?
After you create a new Affiliate/Referral Account, Login to Your Account and click on the "Affiliate/Referral Page" link. From there you will see a referral number which your customer(s) will be asked to enter when checking out. You also have access to a referral link. This link will automatically add your Affiliate/Referral number to the customers cart. Email this link to your friends and we'll take care of it from there - It's that easy!

What is my unique URL?
After you login to your account click on "Affiliate/Referral Page". Your link will be display like:

Do you help me advertise?
If you placed an order with us we will attempt to mail literature to your surrounding neighbors. The literature will include your referral number to promote your sales. All mail pieces will use your name and address for a return address.

When do I get paid?
You will be paid 14-30 days after your referral completes their 1st month of service.

Is there a limit to the number of Referral Bonuses I can earn?
No, there are no restrictions on the number of Referral Rewards you can earn. The more you refer, the more money you make!

I referred a customer, but don't see them listed in the reports and haven't received any commissions yet. Why?
There are a few reasons why you may not have received your bonus:
 ▫ Your referral customer may not have entered your referral number when placing an order.
 ▫ Your referral customer did not use your referral link when entering our site.
 ▫ Your referral customer did not keep his system for 30 days.

How do I see my referral orders?
Click the “Account” link on our home page. Enter your email and password to login to your account. You will see a link for “Referral Order Search”. Click on that and you will see your referral reports included all orders placed with your referral number.

How do I get paid for my referrals?
Your referral rewards are paid via check made payable to the account name listed and mail to the account address on file.

I have moved, how do I update my mailing address?
Click the “Account” link on our home page. Enter your email and password to login to your account. You will see a link for “Update Account”. Click on that and you will be able to modify your name and address.

How are referrals tracked?
We track referrals with your referral number. All order placed using your referral number will be displayed in our Referral Order Search tool. URL referrals are based upon Session Cookies that remain active up to 10 days after the referral clicks on your referral link.

What other terms are there?
We reserve the right to cancel or change this program at anytime without notice. We will require a W-9 for checks all over $400. Our mailers are sent out as a courtesy and are not included with this program. We are not responsible for orders place without a referral number.
